Return and refund policy

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in the original packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Items not eligible for return include (but are not limited to):

  • Perishable goods

  • Personal hygiene and cosmetic products

  • Digital items or downloadable goods

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance, promotion, or final sale items

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We may request photos as proof.
If verified, we will provide a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original method of payment

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you need an exchange, please reach out to us before sending the product back.


Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service — we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages without tracking.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After this period, your order may already be processed and shipped.
